AshBritt, NJ Lawmakers Clash On Sandy Cleanup Contract

Law360, New York (March 08, 2013, 4:33 PM ET) -- Disaster recovery firm AshBritt Inc. adamantly defended the New Jersey contract it was awarded for cleanup work in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy at a Friday hearing, beating back criticism from lawmakers accusing the company of overcharging taxpayers and jeopardizing New Jersey’s chances at securing federal reimbursement.
