Trustee Wants Former Alliance Officers As Consultants

Law360, New York (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Alliance Mortgage Investments Inc.’s Chapter 7 Trustee on Thursday asked a bankruptcy court for permission to hire five former Alliance officers as consultants to help liquidate the company’s estate.

The trustee, Tracy Klestadt, proposed hiring Robert Hiatt, former CFO for AMI’s subsidiary Alliance Bancorp; Annette Huesman, former AB assistant controller; Mike Craft, AB’s former in-house counsel; Thomas Sullivan, former AMI CFO; and Lisa Duehring, former CEO of both AMI and AB.
