Japan Auto Parts Co. Dropped From Toyota Acceleration Suits

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday said claims should be dismissed against a Japanese company at the center of litigation over its provision of components used in Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles that allegedly suffer from unintended acceleration.

Denso Corp.
