NY AG Cites New Analysis In Bid To Revive Schwab ARS Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 5:31 PM EST) -- The New York Attorney General's Office urged a state appeals court Tuesday to reinstate the state's suit against Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. over its marketing of doomed auction-rate securities, arguing that a further analysis of audio recordings had obviated timing issues.
