Shell Inks $6.2B Deal For Repsol LNG Assets

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 9:23 PM EST) -- Moving to strengthen its leadership position in liquefied natural gas, Royal Dutch Shell PLC announced Tuesday it had agreed to acquire LNG assets in Trinidad, Peru and the Bay of Biscay from Spain's Repsol S.A. for $4.4 billion in cash.
