Raytheon Escapes $1B FCA Satellite System Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2013, 9:22 PM EST) -- A California federal court on Tuesday dismissed defense contractor Raytheon Co. from a $1 billion qui tam suit alleging it violated the False Claims Act on a $4.5 billion weather satellite system development contract, finding that the court lacked jurisdiction.
