Nielsen Product May Bolster Claims Against YouTube

Law360, New York (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A service recently launched by The Nielsen Co. that polices copyright-protected content posted on Web sites may come into play in the putative copyright class action pending against YouTube and its parent Google Inc., according to an attorney representing content owners in the suit.
