IBM Cheated Calif. Hospital IT Workers Out Of OT, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 11:10 PM EST) -- IBM Corp. cheated hundreds of Golden State information-technology workers out of overtime pay over the last four years, an IBM technician alleged in a California class action filed Tuesday, saying the company improperly classified workers who serviced Kaiser Permanente Inc. computers as exempt from overtime.
