Tessera Seeks ITC Probe In Semiconductor Spat

Law360, New York (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Tessera Technologies Inc. revealed Monday that it has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, asking the agency to launch an investigation into what it calls the “unlawful” importation of certain semiconductor technology.

The companies named as respondents in the filing include Acer Inc., Acer America Corp., Centon Eletronics, Inc., Elpida Memory Inc., Nanya Technology Corp. and nine others, Tessera said.
