Beth Israel Stalled NYC Whole Foods, $100M Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 6:49 PM EST) -- Claridge House LLC sought Wednesday to force the Beth Israel Heart Institute out of its Upper East Side location and obtain $100 million in damages, arguing that the medical center failed to vacate the premises when its agreement expired so that Whole Foods Market Group Inc. could move in.
