Christian Biologist Blames Firing On View Of Evolution

Law360, New York (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A “Bible-believing” biologist has slapped the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution with an employment lawsuit, claiming that he was fired from the prestigious research outfit because he refused to accept evolution as scientific fact.

On Monday, Nathaniel Abraham filed suit against Woods Hole in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, contending that he had been unfairly dismissed from the Cape Cod facility due to his stance on evolution.
