Lawmakers Aim To Curb NRC's Post-Fukushima Orders

Law360, Washington (February 28, 2013, 2:18 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of lawmakers belonging to two House subcommittees on Thursday urged the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to rely more on traditional rulemaking processes rather than speedy orders to implement its post-Fukushima regulations, saying it's time to return to normal operations more than two years after the nuclear power plant disaster.
