SoCal Wind Project Beats Tribal, Enviro Challenges

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 2:06 PM EST) -- Two challenges to a Southern California wind project were struck down Wednesday when a federal judge nixed a Native American tribe’s claims that the site’s history hadn’t been properly researched and tossed an environmental group’s allegations that an impact statement was flawed.
