UK Judge Orders BSkyB, Other ISPs To Bar File-Sharing Sites

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 3:58 PM EST) -- A U.K. court on Thursday ordered British Sky Broadcasting Ltd., Virgin Media Ltd. and other top Internet service providers in the U.K. to block access to three major file-sharing websites, finding such a directive is appropriate in order to protect the rights of copyright holders.
