GOP Moves To Repeal ACA Employer Penalties

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 6:03 PM EST) -- The lead Republicans on the U.S. Senate health and finance committees on Thursday introduced a bill to repeal a provision of the Affordable Care Act that requires businesses with at least 50 full-time employees to provide adequate, affordable health insurance to their workers or face financial penalties.
