Labor Dept. Finds CVS Violated Child Labor Laws

Law360, New York (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. will pay over $265,000 in penalties and back wages after the U.S. Department of Labor found the company in violation of overtime and child labor provisions of the Federal Labor Standards Act.
