CBS, NBC Press 7th Circ. To KO Pippen's Defamation Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2013, 8:06 PM EST) -- CBS Interactive Inc. and NBCUniversal Media urged the Seventh Circuit on Thursday to dismiss former NBA star Scottie Pippen's defamation suit over reports that he was bankrupt, saying Pippen failed to sufficiently plead his malice, defamation and invasion of privacy claims.
