E-Verify Will Be Pivotal To Immigration Reform

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 1:01 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has identified immigration reform as the number one item on his domestic policy agenda: “Send me a comprehensive immigration reform bill in the next few months, and I will sign it right away,” he said on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, during his State of the Union address. Both houses of the federal legislature are well on their way to making that happen.
