Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 7:55 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Friday that the federal government is not obligated to deliver more water to farmers in the San Luis unit of the Central Valley Project who claimed they had priority to the water for irrigation purposes over entities using it for other purposes.
