He previously spent four years in WilmerHale's Brussels office practicing before the European Commission. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation, arbitration and investigations, but over the course of his career he has handled the full range of civil, criminal, merger, nonmerger, and counseling matters both in the United States and Europe. Before joining WilmerHale, he clerked for Judge Raymond J. Broderick in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and spent five years as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Programs Branch....
