Carlsberg Offers $462M For Controlling Stake In China Brewer

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 12:39 PM EST) -- Danish brewer Carlsberg Group A/S will pay $462 million to snap up a controlling stake in China's Chongqing Brewery Co. Ltd., it said Monday, days after it hinted at plans to expand operations in Asia's booming beverage sector.
