2nd Circ. Upholds Smart Online Stock Fraud Convictions

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2013, 3:01 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Monday upheld convictions for a former Smart Online Inc. CEO and his co-conspirators who were found guilty of bribing stockbrokers to buy shares in the company, saying the district court didn’t err in its instructions to the jury.
