Video Game Exec’s Suit Blaming Banks For Tax Scheme Nixed

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 3:50 PM EST) -- A Manhattan judge has thrown out Activision Blizzard Inc. executive Brian Kelly's fraud suit against two banks, ruling he was aware of his "scheme of doubtful legality" to avoid tax liability after raking in $36 million in 2001, according to a decision published Wednesday.
