LabCorp Says NLRB Lacks Authority For Union Election Ruling

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 1:40 PM EST) -- Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings on Friday sued the National Labor Relations Board in Washington federal court, arguing that the board overstepped its authority in ruling on a union election for a group of New Jersey patient service technicians because it lacks a quorum to make such decisions.
