Express Scripts Says Class Action's Recall Bid Hits FDA Turf

Law360, New York (March 05, 2013, 4:58 PM ET) -- Pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts Inc. on Monday asked a New Jersey federal judge to dispense with a proposed consumer class action seeking a wider recall of glass-tainted pills made by Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., saying the court has no authority to intrude on regulators’ turf.
