GOP Lawmakers Press EPA To Cough Up Air Quality Data

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 3:56 PM EST) -- Two top Republican lawmakers on Monday pressed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to release scientific data used to support a new rule cracking down on fine particle emissions and a prospective rule governing ozone, accusing the agency of hiding the data underlying its claims that the rules will improve public health.
