Contractors Found Guilty Of $1M Naval Base Bribery

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 7:18 PM EST) -- A federal jury on Monday convicted the owners of two San Diego defense contractors of lavishing more than $1 million in gifts and bribes on U.S. Navy officials in exchange for fraudulent contracts, prosecutors said.

The jury convicted Robert Ehnow, the owner and president of L&N Industrial Tool & Supply Inc.; Joanne Loehr, head of Centerline Industrial Inc.; and Centerline itself on one count of conspiracy to commit bribery each.
