Dow Looks To Nix $400M Verdict In Urethane Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 3:41 PM EST) -- The Dow Chemical Co. moved Tuesday to vacate a $400 million jury verdict that urethane foam buyers recently won at trial in multidistrict antitrust litigation, seeking to decertify the class, overturn the verdict or win a new trial.
