Texas Judge Tempers T-Mobile Win In Realtime Patent Row

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 12:50 AM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday partly reversed a recent jury verdict for T-Mobile USA Inc. in an infringement suit by Realtime Data LLC over three data compression patents, ruling that the wireless communications giant did not do enough to show that six of the 11 claims in the dispute were invalid.
