Ex-Weil Atty's DC Circ. Nomination Again Blocked By GOP

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 2:03 PM EST) -- Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked former Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP lawyer Caitlin Halligan's nomination to the D.C. Circuit, filibustering Halligan for the second time as Republicans said her so-called activist views are inappropriate for the bench.
