Judge Allows Ford Crash Case To Head Toward Trial

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has denied Ford Motor Co.’s request to dismiss the plaintiffs’ expert testimony from a product liability suit about a car accident that resulted in three deaths, allowing the case to head toward trial next month.
