US Trustee Challenges Fee Requests In Hostess Ch. 11

Law360, Wilmington (March 7, 2013, 8:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. trustee asked a New York bankruptcy judge Wednesday to set aside some of the fees requested by Hostess Brands Inc.'s lawyers and other professionals because the former Twinkie maker has yet to scale a mountain of secured debt in its liquidation.
