Adult Day Care Facilities Wasted Tax Dollars: NJ Watchdog

Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 9:00 PM EST) -- Five adult medical day care facilities in New Jersey wasted taxpayer funds by billing Medicaid for services that weren't provided or properly documented, according to the Office of the State Comptroller, which is now reportedly seeking $10.2 million from several of those facilities.
