9th Circ. Revives Juicy Juice Brain Development Claims

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 7:04 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit issued a split ruling Friday in a class action over Nestle USA Inc.’s Juicy Juice health claims, finding the plaintiffs alleged a reasonable false advertising case regarding the effectiveness of its Brain Development but not its Immunity juice products.
