MSR Lender Can't Fight Wealth Fund's $1.5B Asset Bid

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A creditor that has been a vocal opponent throughout MSR Resort Golf Course LLC's bankruptcy can't immediately appeal claims that a $1.5 billion stalking horse bid for the resort operator's assets was collusive and made in bad faith, a New York federal judge ruled Friday.
