Alaska Village Asks High Court To Mull Climate Change Suit

Law360, Chicago (March 11, 2013, 6:48 PM ET) -- An Alaskan village has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up its public nuisance lawsuit alleging that greenhouse gas emissions from Exxon Mobil Corp. and other energy companies made the village uninhabitable, saying the case would allow the court to resolve a conflict in its own precedents.
