Ryan Budget Plan Targets Obama Health, Energy Policies

Paul Ryan, R-Wis., on Tuesday includes deep cuts to Medicare and Medicaid while limiting defense cuts, and pushes GOP energy goals including the approval of the Keystone XL pipeline project and opening more federal lands to drilling.
