Boldface Can't Use 'Khroma' Mark On Kardashian Cosmetics

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2013, 6:21 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday tentatively barred Boldface Group Inc. from using the Khroma name on cosmetics endorsed by the Kardashian sisters in a suit accusing them of stealing the name of a Florida makeup artist's cosmetics line, saying the similarity of the names could confuse customers.
