Deals Rumor Mill: Wal-Mart, Apollo, Koch Brothers

A day earlier, the Telegraph reported that Asda Stores Ltd., the U.K. offshoot of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., is in takeover talks for HMV. The private equity arm of Hilco UK Ltd., a retail turnaround specialist, bought the company's debt in January and has been considered the frontrunner for a buyout....
