Fla. House Panel Approves Bill To Beef Up State FCA

Law360, Miami (March 13, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The Florida House Civil Justice Subcommittee on Wednesday unanimously approved a bill its sponsor said would modernize the Florida False Claims Act, in part by providing law enforcement with subpoena power for non-Medicaid fraud cases.
