Pittsburgh Settles Fire Chiefs' Overtime Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (March 13, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The city of Pittsburgh agreed Wednesday to pay overtime wages and provide back pay to high-ranking fire officials who launched a putative class action in August alleging they were illegally exempted from receiving compensation for overtime work.
