Blue Cross Agrees To Refund $4M In Statement Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (March 13, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday approved a settlement of a class action alleging Anthem Blue Cross charged an unlawful fee for paper statements that will provide $4.2 million in refunds to policyholders and another $20 million in savings.
