Travelers Must Face 9/11 Memorial Contractor's $1.5M Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 6:47 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday rejected Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. of America's bid to dismiss a landscaper's suit seeking payment of more than $1.5 million for work it performed on a Sept. 11 memorial project.
