Dow Jumped The Gun With Semiconductor Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a suit asking the court to rule that a Dow Corning Corp. semiconductor unit had not infringed three Cree Inc. patents, saying there was no real controversy because Cree never intended to sue for alleged infringement.
