Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Private equity firms accused of plotting to hold down the prices of companies targeted in leveraged buyouts failed Wednesday to nix investors' antitrust case against them, but the judge's invitation for the companies to make individual pleas to beat the allegations suggests the case may not stick.
