FERC Overstepped With $30M Gas-Trader Fine, DC Circ. Says

Circuit ruled Friday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission intruded on the “exclusive jurisdiction” of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission when it fined a former trader $30 million for allegedly manipulating the natural gas futures market.
