Marvell Fails To Stay Cases Over CSIRO Patent

Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Chip manufacturer Marvell Semiconductor Inc. has lost its bid for a partial stay in two patent infringement suits involving the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization’s patent for wireless local area networks because it waited too long to intervene in the cases, according to a federal judge.
