H-1B Visa Program Discriminates Against Women, Sens. Hear

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- The H-1B guest worker program, used by U.S. businesses to fill high-skill positions with qualified foreign workers, discriminates against women and incentivizes companies to pass over able Americans for cheaper foreign labor, a Senate panel was told Monday.
