Justices Asked To Nix Fed. Circ. Claims Construction Rule

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A patent-holding trust asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday to strike down the Federal Circuit's rule that most claim construction findings should be reviewed afresh on appeal, saying the policy had made litigation costly and unpredictable.
