Bass Pro Can't Shake EEOC's Race Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 1:12 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday refused to toss a retooled U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit accusing Bass Pro Outdoor World LLC of systemic racial discrimination in its hiring practices that has kept blacks and Hispanics out of the sporting goods chain's workforce.
